鶴野小学校にベス先生がやってきました。子供たちも待ちに待った来釧です。たった４週間でしたが、
たくさんのすばらしい経験ができました。子供たちにとっても忘れられない４週間になったことと思います。

	6/23(Wednesday) ベスとAETのダニー先生がアメリカとイギリスの文化について話をしました子供達は同じ英語の国でも違いがあることに驚きを感じていました。２３日は、ベスの誕生日。子供達から誕生カードのプレゼントがありました。 Mr. Danny and Beth talked about the culture of America and England. Children felt surprise with a difference's being even as for the country of same English. 23 days is the birthday of Beth. There was present of the birthday card from the children.
	6/25(Friday)全校遠足。ベスも遊びを通してたくさん交流ができたようです。子供達は知っている限りの英語を駆使し、会話を楽しみました。 It is the day of the whole school excursion. Beth did much interchange through play. Children spoke English as far as it knew perfectly, and enjoyed a conversation.
	7/1(Thursday)4年生の社会見学。４年生の子供達がゴミ処理場と防災センターを見学しているところです。このあと浄水場にも行ったので、ベスもちょっと疲れた１日でした。 The study tour of the fourth grade. The children of the fourth grade are visiting a waste treatment plant and a disaster control center for study. It went to the water purification plant as well after this. It seemed that Beth got tired a little, too.
	7/8(Thursday)センター講座。教育センター主催の講座で授業公開をしました。ベスがハロウィンを説明し、地域先生が七夕について説明をしました。子供達は違いや共通点をたくさん見つけることができました。 Beth explained about a Halloween, and Mr.Sindo explained about the Tanabata Children could find many differences and common points.
	7/8(Thursday) 授業の前に、七夕飾りをしました。夕方には、北海道の七夕文化である、近所をめぐって、お菓子をもらう七夕めぐりを地域の人たちと楽しみました It had the seventh of July ornament before the class. We enjoyed the Tanabata tour with the people of the area in the evening of that day.
	7/9(Friday) 釧路チームのみんなで温泉に行きました。「あっち向いてほい」は意外に難しく大いに盛り上がりました。 We went to the hot spring with everyone in Kushiro team. It seems that "It faces there, and Hoi." was very difficult for Beth.
	7/10(Saturday)釧路観光釧路の周りを観光しました。丹頂鶴、まりも、硫黄山、そしてアイヌ博物館と、とても忙しい一日だったようです。 They saw the sights of the neighborhood of Kushiro. It seems that a Japanese crane,Marimo , Mt sulfur and an Ainu museum and one very hard day, too.
	7/13(Tuesday) 読み聞かせ会のお母さん方と、絵本の読み聞かせを行いました。右の写真は、校長先生と読み聞かせをしているところです。校長先生がはじめに読み、つづけてベスが英語で読みました。 ←Beth was read picture book with mothers of reading team. At first a principal read it, and Beth read it in English.→
	7/14(Wednesday) 習字の学習を体験しました。子供たちと一緒に日本の文化である習字を習うのは、とても興味深い体験だったようです。 Beth learned penmanship. When penmanship was learned, she felt interest very much.
	7/16(Friday) この日が、子供たちと過ごす最後の日です。子供たちも別れがつらかったようです。 4週間という短い間でしたが、かけがえのない日々でした。たくさんの思い出をありがとう。 Dear　Beth . We never forget you. We became good friends. Thank you for everything.
