Fujine Minami Elementary School in Fujinomiya, Japan
is located near the base of the magnificent Mt. Fuji.
In academic year 2004-2005, the Japan-United States Educational Commission awarded Brownell-Talbot a Japan Fulbright Memorial Fund grant to participate in the Master Teacher Program 2004. Under this grant, teachers and administrators on both sides of the Pacific facilitated student learning and global understanding.
